3. Refunds

  • Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be provided in the form of cash at the time of product pickup or adjusted in a replacement order, depending on the situation.

  • Refunds are processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • Processing may take up to 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

4. Exchanges
